Preventing Summer Injuries

Hello Summer! Trends

By Holly Becker

Summer is here & so is summer style! We talked to some of the area’s most fashion-forward ladies and got our hands on the top 10 summer trends that you can expect to see on the runways and on the racks near you!

  1. Off the shoulder Tops

This trend is on FIRE right now and “it will carry on into the fall,” Angelica Wotjaowitz, Fashion Buyer from Revival said.

  2. Lace Up Shoes & Sandals

This style is especially popular in ballet flats, and is another great piece to help transition into fall.

  3. Easy Breezy Maxi Dresses

These are a summer staple & they seem to be in style every year, so invest in one that is just the right length – not too short not too long.

  4. Crop Jeans with a Little Edge

Edge could be anything from rips to pattern patches or just a raw hemline.

  5. FLORAL

From tops to dresses and even pants, such a fun print to incorporate in to your wardrobe.

  6. Tassle Necklaces

You can find these all over. They are reminiscent of an old curtain tassle, but oh so stylish.

  7. Layers

So easy! It can be a bracelet and a tank or a dress and a sweater, the options are endless.

  8. Basics

You can never go wrong with a simple tee and jeans. Throw on a bold lip for an instant transformation.

  9. Flares

They are back & they are fabulous. Again, just make sure they are long enough to cover your shoes. If they do they will elongate those legs.

  10. Transitional Booties

Fun boots with a peep toe or cutout details that you can wear year round.

We hope our Top 10 list helps give you some great ideas for your summer wardrobe. And the best thing is - most of these trends are great transitions into fall.
